The FANUC ARC Mate 120iC is a purpose-built industrial robot engineered for automated arc welding applications. Known for its speed, accuracy, and durability, the ARC Mate 120iC is widely used in automotive manufacturing, metal fabrication, and high-duty industrial production environments.
This robot is paired with a FANUC R-30iA controller, providing advanced motion control, fast processing, and seamless integration with welding peripherals and automation systems. The system also includes a Lincoln Electric i400 weld pack, delivering consistent weld quality and stable arc performance across a wide range of welding applications.
Each unit is offered as a complete, turnkey welding system, including the robot arm, controller, teach pendant, all required cabling, and the integrated Lincoln i400 welding power source. The robots show approximately 22,000 power-on hours, as indicated on the meter, and were removed from an operational production environment.
The ARC Mate 120iC features a compact footprint, 6-axis articulated motion, and high repeatability, making it ideal for robotic welding cells where precision, cycle time, and reliability are critical. Its lightweight design and optimized wrist configuration allow for excellent access to complex weld paths while maintaining consistent performance.
This system is suitable for integration into existing welding lines or deployment in new automation projects. Multiple units are available, making it an excellent option for large-scale production facilities, system integrators, and automation resellers.
