How do you make an offer on my equipment?
Send the brand, model, nameplate or controller details, condition, location, and photos. We respond right away with an offer or the questions we need answered. The offer reflects the model, condition, what is included, current used-market prices, and what removal involves.
Do you charge for pickup?
No. Pickup is free: we arrange the rigging, loading, and transport for equipment we buy.
How soon can you pick up?
Usually within 1–2 weeks of accepting the offer, scheduled around your site and shutdown dates.
When do I get paid?
We pay quickly on pickup.
Where do you buy equipment?
Across Canada and the United States. Robots Trading Inc. is based in Mississauga, Ontario, and has bought surplus industrial equipment since 2004.
Do you buy equipment that isn't working?
Yes. We buy equipment in any condition, including robots and controllers that are down or being sold for parts. Tell us what you know about its condition and we price it accordingly.
What to send for the fastest equipment offer
- Photos from several sides, plus clear shots of the model and serial-number labels.
- Quantity, location, and whether the equipment is still connected or in production.
- Operating hours, service records, and any known faults.
- Your removal deadline and loading access.
Model, controller generation, condition, and completeness drive the offer — complete packages are worth more than an arm or controller alone. For multiple machines or a plant shutdown, see our decommissioning services.
