The IRB 140 is a compact 6-axis articulated robot designed for high-speed and high-precision applications. With approximately 6 kg payload capacity and 810 mm reach, it is well suited for light industrial automation environments requiring accuracy and repeatability.

Common applications include arc welding, small component assembly, pick and place operations, packaging, machine tending, and light material handling.
